Living healthy is very challenging, due to the access of many food options we have. But just because we have option, does not mean we can't be healthy. On this page I am going to share with you 10 good tips i have learned over the years, that will help you get healthy and keep you looking great.

2. VEGGIES: Kids hate em' moms love em, either way they are very healthy. the more color the more healthy. try them you might like them.
3. NO FAST FOOD: Fast food is the worse thing a person can do to themselves, just think about this way, the more fat...the more heart attack.
4. CUT OUT SODA: Do you know how much acid is in a can of soda? let alone a bottle? ok, think about how many calories and fructose corn syrup your in taking, our bodies can't handle it, so skip the soda and go healthy.
5. EXERCISE: Exercising is just as important as drinking water and eating healthy. It helps the body to maintain it's posture and it also keeps you healthy.
6. KEEP UP: Most people after they get a good start to being healthy, they quit and go back to their same habit don't quit, keep up.
7. GET THE RIGHT SIZE: Don't deprive your body by wearing smaller size get the right fit.
8. 5 SMALL MEALS: Eat smaller meals and spread it out.
9. KNOW YOUR INTAKE: Know what and how much your eating.
10. CUT DOWN ON ALCOHOL INTAKE: Most people hate this part, but the more you drink the more you slow down your body's fat burning process.
